has undergone a $13 million expansion project, adding a new Tower of guest
rooms and additional Banquet and
Meeting space. Conveniently located at
I-85 and Harris Blvd., just a few short miles
from I-77, 15 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and 7 miles from downtown, the Hilton Charlotte University Place is situated on a picturesque lake

RESERVATIONS:
The Western Film Fair has arranged for a special convention room rate
of $70.00 per room for all attendees, but you must make your reservations
directly with the hotel to get this special rate. The University Hilton will
hold this room block and rate until June 1, 2004.
To obtain Reservations:
1. Call the Hilton University Place direct at 1-704-547-7444.
2. Do not call the Hilton national toll free reservation number. Sometimes the convention rate is blocked out in their system as being full or unavailable.
3. Identify yourself as an attendee of the WESTERN FILM FAIR for
July 7 - 10, 2004.
4. Get a confirmation number for your reservation.
